“Baroque to the Future” Music Festival 2024

As always, your help is needed to make the Baroque Festival run smoothly. Teachers with participating students are required to volunteer to work recitals the day of the event. If you are unable to volunteer, you will be assessed a $10 fee per student to cover the cost of hiring workers. If you have students participating in the event, please follow the link below to indicate your availability and/or pay the fee by January 10th, 2024. If we do not receive your volunteer form or payment, your students will not be allowed to participate in the event.
Additional Information
Please ensure you and your students and their families understand the following:
Solo repertoire must be memorized. Ensemble musicians may use score.
Once application is submitted, repertoire changes cannot be accepted.
Once application is submitted, requests for changes in recital time cannot be accommodated.
Recital times will be assigned at the discretion of the committee.
The dress code as defined on the previous page will be enforced.
An original score for the judges must be provided.
The decision of judges will be accepted as final.
Students must arrive 15 min. before assigned recital time (students who arrive late may not be permitted to perform)
One Baroque piece can be multiple movements from a Suite or a Collection.
Students may perform an additional piece from the classical period if they choose. This is optional
